Shipping policy

We pack and ship all of our orders from our warehouse in Winter Park, FL. The information below explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Processing is subject to credit-card approval and stock availability. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed within 2 business day.

Shipping Methods and Carriers: We ship via UPS or USPS and select the most appropriate carrier and service for each order based on weight, destination, and product type. 

  • Coverage: United States (all 50 states), Puerto Rico, U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), and Canada. 

  • Shipping cost is determined by package weight and destination. You can view the exact shipping cost before checkout using the shipping calculator in your cart.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Transit Times: Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days depending on the delivery location's distance from central Florida. Canadian and military addresses may take longer due to customs or military mail handling.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders, subject to the following terms:

  • Minimum purchase: $119.00 (after any discount or coupon codes have been applied) .

  • Maximum eligibility: Orders valued at $300.00 or more do not qualify for free shipping.

  • Destinations: Continental United States and U.S. military addresses only.

  • Address type: Free shipping orders must be sent to a street address — PO Boxes are not eligible for free shipping.

International Shipping (Outside the U.S.A.)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country. BargainSide.Com is not responsible for paying these charges — they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct, complete, and a safe and secure delivery location. BargainSide.Com cannot take responsibility for orders placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unavailable recipient, you remain responsible for the original shipping cost plus any return-shipping fees, and any reshipment will be charged at standard rates. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: 

  • Stolen after delivery: Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, BargainSide.Com cannot take responsibility for theft from the delivery location. 

  • Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at sales@bargainside.com so we can open a trace with the carrier.

  • Damaged on arrival: Please report damaged shipments within 15 days of delivery (per carrier tracking). See our /policies/refund-policy for details on damaged or defective items.  

Shipping Discrepancies: Any discrepancy between your order and what you received (missing items, incorrect items) must be reported within 15 days of receipt as indicated on the carrier's tracking details. Email sales@bargainside.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Restrictions on Hazardous Materials: Certain products in our catalog — including aerosol sprays and fragrances — are classified as hazardous materials and are subject to carrier shipping restrictions. These items can only be shipped via approved ground methods within the continental U.S. and may not be eligible for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, or international destinations.
